General Questions
(1) What payment methods do you accept? Gransky Jewellery accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.
(2) How do I place an order? Simply select your favorite items, add them to your cart, and enter your billing and shipping details at checkout.
(3) What should I do if I made a mistake on my order? Please contact us as soon as possible at matt@granskyjewellery.com and we will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.
(4) What if I forget to use a discount code? Once checkout is completed we are unable to apply discount codes retroactively. However you may cancel your order within 24 hours free of charge, then place a new order using your discount code. Please contact us at matt@granskyjewellery.com to request a cancellation.
(5) How do I change my order? Please contact us at matt@granskyjewellery.com as soon as possible regarding any changes. We can only accommodate changes before the order has been shipped.
(6) Can I cancel my order? We can process cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped. Please contact us at matt@granskyjewellery.com with your order details. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled — you may instead initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
(7) How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order please check your spam folder first, then contact us at matt@granskyjewellery.com.
(8) Do I need to pay taxes and duties? Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and local customs regulations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.
(9) How do I return an item? To initiate a return please contact us at matt@granskyjewellery.com within 30 days of carrier-confirmed delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns where the total value equals or exceeds USD $500. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (10) How long does shipping take? Our processing time is currently 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch depends on your location:
- USA & Canada: 7–10 business days
- Europe: 7–10 business days
- Most Asian countries: 5–9 business days
- Other countries: 10–15 business days
(11) What does the 2-Year Warranty cover? Our 2-Year Warranty covers re-polishing and cleaning, gemstone tightening, and gold plate re-plating. Warranty service within 30 days of delivery is provided at no cost. After 30 days customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. (12) What should I do if my item arrives damaged? Please photograph the parcel, outer packaging, and item immediately upon delivery and contact us at matt@granskyjewellery.com within 3 days of carrier-confirmed delivery. Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
(13) Can I get a Certificate of Authenticity for my jade item? Yes — we offer an optional Certificate of Natural issued by an independent renowned laboratory for your jade purchase. This certificate confirms your item is genuine Type A natural untreated Burmese jadeite. (14) Can I get faster shipping? Yes — we offer a FedEx Express shipping upgrade which reduces delivery time to approximately 3–5 business days.
