• Authentication Services: We facilitate independent grading through HKKJJLL or HKJSL laboratories. Please be advised that laboratory authentication requires physical transit and specialized testing, which typically adds 3–7 business days to your order’s processing time.

• Expedited Logistics: Select our FedEx Shipping Upgrade to prioritize your delivery, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days once dispatched.

• Special Handling: This section also includes shipping surcharges for requested DIY materials, spare accessories, or additional packaging as coordinated with our support team.

Important Note: As these upgrades cover external laboratory fees and third-party courier surcharges, all service fees are non-refundable once the process has been initiated.
