THE CUSTOM PROCESS 🛠️
1. Stone & Size Selection: The exact pair of natural jadeite cabochons (originally 13.3 × 11.5 mm, shown in Image 1 & 2) will be precisely hand-carved and polished down to approximately 11 × 9 mm, as agreed upon during our private design consultation.
2. Master Craftsmanship: Once the payment is processed, our master bench jewelers will begin precisely setting the stone and hand-carving the diamond pavé setting structure.
3. Progress Updates: We will keep you closely informed throughout the creation journey, sharing milestone photos as your raw investment transforms into finished high jewelry.
4. Design Reference: Image 3 serves as the design reference for the diamond setting style.
4. Design Reference: Image 4 & 5 serve as the design references for the 14k Solid Rose Gold clip-on earrings style.

This is a Bespoke Commission created specifically to the buyer’s unique specifications. Once the order is placed and the cutting process begins, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. The handcrafted nature of this unique jadeite piece ensures it is a one-of-a-kind creation tailored only for the recipient.

This product includes an independent third-party gemological certificate issued by Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory Limited.

The certificate verifies that the jadeite is natural and untreated (Type A) at the time of laboratory examination.

In the event of a return, the original laboratory certificate must be returned together with the jewelry piece. Returns without the original certificate will not be accepted, and refunds cannot be processed until both the item and its corresponding certificate are received in original condition.
