Is this jewelry ethically sourced?
Yes. All jadeite used in Gransky pieces is
sourced directly from Myanmar (Burma) through official channels. We purchase raw jade rough and have each piece hand cut and finished by our craftsmen. We do not use pre-cut or mass-produced stones. Every piece is traceable to its source.
How is this jade jewelry made?
Each piece begins as raw jadeite rough sourced directly from Myanmar. Our craftsmen hand cut, shape and polish every stone individually.
Metal settings — in solid gold or sterling
silver — are then crafted and set by our
goldsmiths in Hong Kong. No two pieces are identical because no two stones are the same.
How do I care for this jade jewelry?
Natural jadeite is a durable stone but
benefits from simple care:
→ Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals,
perfumes and cleaning products
→ Remove before swimming, bathing
or exercising
→ Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth after wear
→ Store separately to avoid scratching
against other jewelry
→ Keep in the Gransky gift box or a
soft pouch when not wearing

Can this jewelry be resized or modified?
Selected pieces can be customised or modified upon request — including ring sizing and necklace length adjustments. Bespoke commissions are also available.

What is your return or exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
A 15% restocking fee applies to items
valued at USD 500 or above.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning any item.

How long is the warranty?
All Gransky Jewellery pieces carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse or unauthorised modifications.
